  • On average, 3-6 months. That said, the time it takes to produce a Legacy Film can vary depending on your needs! In your free consultation we will discuss the scope of your project and provide you with a more accurate time frame for your customized package.

  • Pricing will vary per project. To identify the total cost of your custom project you will need to schedule your free, no-obligation consultation. In this call, we will identify the scope of your project and provide you with a final quote.

  • Absolutely! We try to remain flexible with our add-on services. You are welcome to add or remove any of our additional services as we work together. The final payment of your project will be adjusted to reflect any changes you make.

  • We will process 50% of your payment before we start filming. The second half of your payment will be due after we implement your final revisions. Once your invoice is paid in full your Legacy Film will be delivered!

  • Due to the time and resources needed to produce a Legacy Film, we do not offer refunds of any kind for our services.

  • We are so sorry for your loss! Their legacy is important and we welcome the opportunity to interview other people who knew them as a way to keep those memories alive. We also encourage you to provide photos, videos, and other documents to help us bring your loved one’s story to life.

  • Your privacy is important to us! If you request that we do not share your video to the public (on our website or through social media) we promise to honor your request!

  • We can travel to you!

  • Absolutely not! We offer flexibility when it comes to how you want to be interviewed and filmed. Many of our clients prefer less scripted interviews, but if you want to read off of a script we can provide a teleprompter if requested.

  • If you would like a script for your film, you will need to write the first draft. That said, we can add on script editing services to any project if you would like help with this process!

  • We understand that there may be parts to your story that you don’t want shared in your film. That’s OK! We can make sure your film only highlights the stories and memories you want shared.
